Drug Screening Core
Drug Screening Core provides molecule design, screen and optimization for drug development, as well as tailored treatment relevant to personalized medicine in clinic practice, with a particular focus on oncology, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Equipped with a variety of target-specific compounds library, and self-designed automat- ed drug screening workstations, our core routinely conducts comprehensive drug optimi- zation and evaluation. With integrated systems pharmacology, structure-based parallel medicinal and computational chemistry technology, we are able to perform drug development research at the molecular, cellular and orgasm levels. Meanwhile, we use target-known compounds as chemical probes to decipher disease-related signaling pathways.
